Aqua?s International Academy (AIA) is a global online school dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized education through innovative digital platforms. We are currently seeking passionate and qualified part-time online English instructors to join our dynamic teaching team. The position is fully remote and open to qualified candidates based in the United States. Instructors will be responsible for delivering engaging, standards-aligned instruction in AP English Language and Composition to high school students. The role requires a strong command of the English language, deep familiarity with AP curriculum expectations, and a commitment to academic excellence and student growth. Successful candidates will be expected to maintain a professional, student-centered approach, adapt teaching strategies to individual learning styles, and foster critical thinking and analytical skills essential for AP-level performance.

Instruction will take place in one-on-one or small-group settings via Google Meet, using the Edmentum digital learning platform as the primary instructional tool. Teachers will design and deliver customized lesson plans that align with the College Board?s AP English curriculum, covering rhetorical analysis, argumentation, literary analysis, and writing mastery. Instructors will assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, provide constructive feedback on written work, and maintain accurate academic records. The flexible schedule allows for teaching during standard U.S. daytime hours, with the opportunity to choose sessions that align with personal availability. This position offers a stable, part-time teaching role with a pay rate of $30 to $35 per hour, reflecting the instructor?s expertise and commitment to academic rigor.

A key aspect of the role involves cultivating a supportive and intellectually stimulating virtual classroom environment.
