          Job Description:  

• Prepare and conduct online English lesson demos and trials (for kids 5-9yrs old) through Internet
• Work as a substitute teacher in the office for teachers who failed to attend class due to technical issues
• Collaborate with the teaching assistant team, operation team and academic team for improvement on curriculum and class performance  
• Assist in public sessions/workshops/marketing to promote online English classes

      We are looking for candidates that:  

• A bachelor’s degree or above
• Knowledge and expertise teaching younger kids in kindergartens/schools or training centers
• Native Speaker of English only
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate preferred
• Photogenic on Internet camera preferred
• Punctual, good communication skills and easy-going
• A well-balanced, flexible and adaptable nature
• A demonstrated respect of the values, cultural differences and expectations of the Chinese parents
